1.Who sells the course

These terms apply to PERKY PUG FILMS Academy, an online course about marketing for wedding vendors (“the course”), and to everyone who creates an account or buys access.

2.What you get

Chapter 1 is free for everyone. Chapters 2 and 3 open after you confirm your email address. All other chapters, checklists, quizzes, worksheets and interactive tools open after a one-time payment.

Chapters marked “coming soon” are not part of the purchase until they are published. I add and update content over time, and your access includes those updates for as long as the course runs.

3.Price and payment

Full access costs €149, paid once, including VAT. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Payment is made online through the payment provider shown at checkout. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you receive a tax document by email.

4.Your right to withdraw

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The course is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout, you ask me to open access right away and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts, as allowed by Directive 2011/83/EU and § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.

Even so, if something doesn't work for you, write to me. I'd rather solve it than keep money from someone who isn't happy.

5.Your account and licence

Access is personal and for one person. You may use everything in the course for your own business. You may not share your login, resell, copy, publish or record the course content, or use it to teach others.

I may suspend an account that breaks these rules. In that case, there is no refund for the remaining access.

6.Copyright

All know-how, texts, worksheets and tools in the course are my original work and are protected by copyright. Buying access gives you a licence to use them as described above. It does not transfer ownership.

7.No promised results

The course teaches methods I use and have seen work. Results depend on your market, offer, budget and many things outside my control, so I can't promise a number of inquiries, bookings or any income.

Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google change their tools and rules often. I keep the course up to date, but some screens or settings may look different by the time you read them.

8.Availability and liability

I do my best to keep the course online and working, but short outages can happen. My liability for any damage connected with the course is limited to the price you paid, unless the law does not allow such a limit, for example in the case of intent or gross negligence, or towards consumers where mandatory law gives you more protection.

9.Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong with the course, email hello@perkypugfilms.com. I reply within 14 days and settle complaints without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

Consumers can also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution: adr.coi.cz.

10.Personal data

I process your name, email and payment details only to run your account, deliver the course and meet my legal and tax duties, in line with the GDPR. I don't sell your data. Details on how I handle personal data will be published in a separate privacy policy.

11.Changes and governing law

I may update these terms. The version valid on the day of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
